2. What’s the MOQ for YF Cookware Products:
| Usually we require 500pcs for each color & size, or 300 cookware sets. |
3. How long is the lead-time for the production of YF Cookware products?
| In general, production lead-time is 25-40 days. However, specific delivery times depend on the particular items and quantities of your order. |
4. What are the YF Cookware’s terms of delivery?
| We can deliver orders in accordance with your needs, offering EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU or DDP terms for delivery of your order. Nearest Loading Port: Xingang, Tianjin Port. |
5. What are YF Cookware’s payment terms?
| We are now able to accept a variety of payment term options including: T/T, L/C at sight, Usance L/C, Alibaba Trade Assurance, D/A, D/P, Paypal, and West Union, etc. |
6. Can we have our own Brand name (LOGO) placed on individual YF Cookware products or on the product box?
| Yes! YF Cookware can provide products according to your specifications including brand name, logo, custom color, size and packaging. OEM services can also be provided. Please include customization requests in your initial inquiry. We’d be glad to show you examples of similar requests we’ve fulfilled before. |
7. Can you produce items according to the samples or technical drawings?
| Yes, we would be glad to do so. |
8. How could we check the quality of your products & factory audit before bulk order? And could you offer free samples?
| All of the YF Cookware products are 100% food grade, Eco-friendly, compliant with EU & US standard, passed third party tests of GB, FDA and LFGB, DGCCRF, KFDA, etc. Factory Audit: BSCI, ISO9001. We could offer free samples for checking quality as well, and Express fee bear by the buyer. Samples Lead time, 5-7 days. |
9. What’s your QC system? And do you accept 3rd party inspection before shipment?
| Regarding product quality as the life of the enterprise, we employ strict QC system and carrying our inspection from raw materials entering to factory to the products of ex-factory. Pre-shipment inspection by 3rd party or your agent in China are all acceptable. |
10. What Warranty does YF Cookware offer on its products?
| All YF cookware products include a one-year manufacturer warranty. Any warranty-related inquiries can be directed to info@yfcastironcookware.com. |
